Our Church Facility
The nursery is used during Sunday School and church when we have bed babies or toddlers that are too young to stay in the sanctuary. Our youth have a room they call their own. They have decorated the Youth Room uniquely and use it for their Sunday School as well as for Youth Meetings on Wednesday evenings.
We have Sunday School/multi-use rooms available for all ages of Sunday School attendees – Nursery, Pre-School, Elementary Age, Middle School, High School, College, Young Adults and Older Adults. Sunday Schoolers are encouraged to attend whichever class they prefer and are welcome to change classes to see where they feel more comfortable.
Similarly our busy social hall was expanded where we can now seat 100+. Our church and social hall are available for congregant use and additionally we offer our sanctuary for weddings and social hall for wedding receptions. The Doris Remley Kitchen, a kitchen remodeled during our construction of 2007 allowing for a larger work space. We have ample cabinet space and counter space to accommodate those who attend our many dinners. An elevator was added in May 2010.
The Grace West Neel Library was dedicated on June 27, 2010 in honor of Grace Neel on her 90th birthday. A music library was added in 2011 in memory of Mary Ann Freed. Mary Ann was also a faithful member of Goshen and is the mother of a current and a past pianist.
In addition to our front entrance we have updated the back entrance which has a paved drop-off pad and is adjacent to our back parking lot. This has been a welcome and much needed item to accommodate handicapped and older folks who want to attend our services.
The Pastor's Office is located next to the baptistry and just off the sanctuary. It was added in 1994 along with the baptisty.
